He's very knowledgeable and give a fair rate for prices and work Jim at Solar Andalucia fitted our solar panels a couple of year ago and has since and maintained out system. His preparation prior to installation was amazing, work neat, gave us a fixed price, and has been really helpful when things needed a bit of tweekeing. Jim Skau, we call him "Solar Jim", is very dedicated to find the best solution for your situation and his technical skills are perfectly suited to do that. Solar Andalucia has been very helpful installing the solar system for our Cortijo la Suerte in Pitres, Spain.
The price was really competitive too.Īlways a pleasure to deal with Jim and he takes the time to help explain the system and how to work/live with it and understand it I could not recommend him highly enough if you need someone professional and good value for money.
It was great to deal with someone who knew what he was talking about and who could deliver the goods. The work was done efficiently and the site left clean and tidy. Jim Skau came to assess the property and has made a superb job of upgrading our system. My property runs only on this system and the one I had was not adequate for our use. Just wish I'd found him in the first place! Highly recommended. His knowledge is top class and he takes great care to explain everything and to help us live with it and get the optimum use. Jim came out and sorted it all out for me and completely recovered the system from potential disaster. Big mistake! The company I bought from were incompetent and actually damaged some extremely expensive batteries due to their incompetence. I bought a solar system from somebody else before I realised Solar Andalucia existed. On top of that he even sorted out a superb internet connection for us! Excellent service. Not only was everything 100%, but it was tidy, robust and with great attention to detail. I needed my system in place and working at a tight deadline before arriving with the family last year and was pretty nervous about everything being ready when we turned up. I have spent 20 years living off grid so thought I knew it all about home power but this guy knows literally EVERYTHING there is to know about getting the most out of your set up. In my opinion, Solar Andalucia are one of the best photo-voltaic engineers in Southern Spain.
